Among the living (well almost)

Hey guys. Sorry it's been a little while since last update. Here to report positively. Been doing much better each day and have gotten my ass to work the last few days successfully. I'm still in quite a bit of pain, especially at end of the day. Also, fatigued. All feeling pretty normal considering. Yesterday I drove myself to work which felt amazing! I hate being reliant on others so this was a milestone.

Have a few more weeks of restrictions on activity and weight. Can't lift more than 5-10 lbs.

Had treatment Monday and was dreading it. Between the recovery and how treatment usually makes me feel it's a a lot. But....... so far so good. Hoping I've crossed the treatment threshold where I won't notice it much anymore. Fingers crossed. Got news this week that in the future we will be able to do my injections at home and self administered. Also a big win in my opinion. Scheduling these and having to go to MSK every month isn't that easy.

Have no doc appointments until next month. I see the surgeon, the oncologist and have an MRI of the liver alll in April. Should see how things are treating my liver post op and treatment. So curious. Hoping they review the pathology with us as well. It's super hard to read but as Dayna mentioned..... more bad lymph nodes is all we could tell. Seems to read like what they took out matches the original biopsies. This would be good and mean it's all same slow growing shit. Fingers crossed.

I'm slowly getting back to normal. Will be more out in the world, making more calls and more among the living over the next few weeks. Work has been amazing for me. Keeping me distracted for hours and helping ignore the pain etc. prob amazing for Dayna too ;) I'm out of the house and not complaining for many hours lol.

thank you all for the continued love and support. I will try to keep the updates and info coming.
